* A cat over 8 months old and under 11 years old on the effective date of the insurance. The maximum age of the cat at the end of the insurance coverage period is less than 14 years old;

ARTICLE 16. SUBMISSION OF CLAIM FOR PAYMENT OF INSURANCE COMPENSATION. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

(1) With regard to the risk “Medical expenses” in the event of an insured event, the following can be visited:
1. a trusted veterinary clinic with which the Insured has a contract – the Insured pays the part of the actual costs incurred for the medical services used,
specified in the insurance policy, on a business trip to the veterinary clinic.
In this case, the Insurer / Insured / other person pays the medical facility only the deductible percentage of the cost of the medical service.
In some cases, the Insurer / Insured / other person should pay the trusted veterinary clinic the cost of the medical services used in full.
After that, the beneficiary submits a claim for payment of insurance compensation to the Insurer2. serving veterinary clinic or other veterinary clinic / veterinarian – the Insurer / Insured / other person pays the costs of the medical services used at the clinic. In the event that clients do not wish to be served by the network of trusted clinics,
the examinations and/or treatment of the pet can be carried out in a clinic of their choice,
with the following reimbursement limits for one insurance year:

Sum insured (limit) for one insurance period under covered risk “medical expenses”
Package Mini – 50 BGN
Package Comfort – 100 BGN
Package Extra – 150 BGN
